Juho Pohjonen & Danbi Um Release new album ‘Poème Mystique’
Finnish pianist Juho Pohjonen and violinist Danbi Um have released their highly anticipated new album, Poème Mystique, on Avie Records. The album features a compelling selection of works by Richard Strauss, Ernest Bloch, Franz Schubert, and Gabriel Fauré and is now available on all major streaming platforms.
Following the album’s release, Pohjonen heads to New York for a sold-out solo recital at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts on February 20. His programme includes the world premiere of Jyrki Linjama’s Prelude oublié, alongside works by Scriabin, Liszt, Beethoven, and Messiaen.
