Henning Kraggerud returns to Wrocław this week for a sold-out performance with the NFM Leopoldinum Orchestra. The concert features Henning’s own Topelius Variations, a composition inspired by the life and works of Finnish writer Zachris Topelius’, and was commissioned by the Ostrobothnian Chamber Orchestra. The violinist and composer will lead from the stand and direct two of Mozart’s most venerated works: Symphony No. 29 and Violin Concerto No. 5 “Turkish”.
